IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR
INTERNET BANKING CUSTOMERS
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation has mandated
additional security features for all financial institutions that
engage in any form of Internet banking. An effective security
system is necessary for compliance with requirements to
safeguard customer information and reduce fraud and identity
Because we at First Financial Bank are committed to the
security of you and your online banking accounts we want to make
sure our system has as many safeguards as possible to avoid any
unauthorized intrusions to your internet banking. The new online
security features require no new hardware or software. Beginning
on December 6, 2006, the new security requirements will be in
place. Please carefully follow the instructions below when you
log on to complete the new security features. You will only need
to complete the new security setup requirement one time.
The first time you go into Internet Banking on or after
December 6, 2006, DO NOT ENTER YOUR USER ID AND RANDOM CODE. You
must FIRST go through the new security update features. Please
follow the following instructions to complete the new security
update. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO READ INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO
PROCEEDING. All items are case sensitive.
- First, you are already an internet banking user so skip
“Not a Registered User? Click here to enroll” and click on
“click here” under Account Login.
- Second, enter your current User ID and Password. Please
type in the User ID. To enter the password, you must place the
curser on the keyboard on the screen and when the correct
number or letter is highlighted click on it. This is upper and
lower case sensitive. Next, type the Random Code shown on the
screen in the box below it and click on Submit.
- Next answer 5 security questions. We recommend using our
questions. To access the questions, click on the down arrow
and click on a question. Then type in the answer. Click on
Submit. Next, make sure to enter a Security Key. This is a 6
character code that you create. The Security Key will be
reflected each time you log on to Internet Banking so that you
know you are on the correct site. Click on Submit.
- The Security Administration page should appear that has
your 5 security questions and answers on it. Click on
“Continue Banking” to proceed to Internet Banking.
You will not have to complete these procedures again but you
will be shown a Random Code and one of your five questions to be
entered each time as an additional logon procedure. Thank you
for enrolling in the new security features.

Banker Bill Pay Enrollment form and follow the
instructions on the form.
